Type "A"
Type A Plain-woven polypropylene and other non-conductive textiles are used to make FIBCs. FIBCs are made from a fabric that lacks any static charge protection qualities. This kind of FIBC is used for non-flammable materials.

Type "B"
Type "B" bags are made of insulating fabric that has a breakdown voltage under 6 kV. The risk of energetic sparks and spreading brush discharges, which can ignite dust-air combinations, combustible gases, and solvent vapours, is reduced by this feature. transports dry, combustible powders (MIE > 3 mJ) securely. There must be no flammable gases or solvents around the bag. USE CAUTION when transporting items with a MIE of less than 3 mJ.

Type "C"
Type C FIBCs, often referred to as conductive FIBCs or ground-able FIBCs, are constructed from non-conductive polypropylene textiles that have conducting threads woven into them. These fabrics are typically sewed in a grid pattern. used to transport combustible materials securely. used properly when there are dangerous gases or solvents close to the bag. When the ground connection is missing or damaged, you should not use them

CROHMIQ® Type "D"
To safely avoid the occurrence of flaming sparks, brush discharges, and propagating brush discharges without the necessity for a connection from the FIBC to a certified ground/earth, Type D FIBCs are built of anti-static and static dissipative fabrics. Utilised to transport combustible materials securely and used properly when there are dangerous gases or solvents close to the bag. When the surface is contaminated or covered in conductive materials like water or grease, they must not be used

What is your lead time for bags?
The normal lead time is 4-5 weeks ex-factory from the date of an order complete in all respects.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Being a fully integrated plant, we accept innumerable small orders as well. Shipments are subject to full container loads unless the buyer accepts LCL.
What is your lead time for samples?
Our samples are dispatched within 4-7 working days depending on availability of the right fabric.
What is your typical quote response turnaround time?
Our response time for quotes is within 1-2 working days. Each client is assigned to a particular customer service representative which gives you the ease for further discussions.
Can we print onto our bags?
Ofcourse! Bags can be easily printed to your needs. Our lead time on printed bags is 4-5 weeks with a minimum order of 500 – 1000 bags.
Are our bags UV protected?
Bulk bags have UV protection built into the fabric used to create them. We can add UV protection to small bags as per request.
