Form Fit Liner

Baffled Liner
Kulvir’s baffled liners are designed to enhance the performance of your FIBC bags by maintaining their square shape during filling and storage. These form-fit liners feature integrated internal baffles that prevent bulging, ensuring a stable, space-efficient footprint.
With improved bag stability and stackability, baffled liners can maximise your storage and shipping efficiency, allowing up to 20% more product to be stored within the same space. Each liner is customised to your exact requirements with formed filling and discharge spouts, while providing reliable protection against contamination throughout handling and transport.
Gusseted Bottom Sealed Liners
Kulvir’s gusseted bottom sealed liners offer a simple, cost-effective solution for bulk packaging needs. These liners are crafted as lay-flat tubes with a heat-sealed bottom and an open top, making them easy to insert and secure within FIBC bags.
Available with gussets for enhanced volume capacity and flexibility, these liners come in clear or customised colours to suit your requirements. Known for their high strength and durability, they can be supplied pre-installed in bags or on rolls for versatile usage. Designed for easy removal and reuse, our gusseted liners ensure reliable product protection while optimising your packaging operations.
Suspended Liners
Kulvir’s suspended liners are specially designed for one-loop FIBC bags, securely attached at the points where the fabric forms the lifting loop. This integration ensures stability during high-speed filling operations and enhances overall handling efficiency.
These liners can be manufactured with perforations to allow controlled air release during filling, preventing air entrapment and ensuring smooth operation. Aluminium Liner
Kulvir’s aluminium liners, also known as foil liners, are engineered to deliver superior protection and performance for your bulk packaging needs. These form-shaped liners enhance the filling, discharge, and handling processes while maintaining the structural stability of the outer FIBC bag.
With exceptional barrier properties, aluminium liners safeguard your products against moisture, oxygen, and UV light, ensuring maximum product integrity during storage and transport. They are compatible with a wide range of bulk bags and can withstand higher temperatures, making them ideal for sensitive or high-value materials requiring stringent protection from contamination and environmental exposure.
Liner Conductivity
Kulvir’s liners are engineered for compatibility with Type B, C, and D FIBC bags, ensuring safe packaging of flammable or static-sensitive materials. These liners minimise the risk of static build-up, enhancing safety during filling, handling, and discharge operations.
We offer three main liner types based on surface resistivity:
Type L1 (Conductive):
Made from materials with surface resistivity ≤ 1.0 x 10⁷ Ohms on at least one surface, ideal for use in Type C bags requiring grounding.
Type L2 (Antistatic):
Surface resistivity between 1.0 x 10⁹ and 1.0 x 10¹² Ohms on at least one surface, suitable for Type B, C, and D bags.
Type L3 (Standard):
Surface resistivity > 1.0 x 10¹² Ohms with breakdown voltage < 4kV, permissible for use in Type B and Type C bags only.
